In couples counselling, we’ll create a safe space to improve communication and resolve pressing conflicts so you can deepen your connection.  I am trained in Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy.

  • Do you offer online therapy?
    Yes! I understand that it can be challenging to make the time to drive out to another appointment, which is why my practice is primarily a remote offering for my clients. I also offer private therapy in London, Ontario, for those who prefer to meet in person.
  • Where is your practice located?
    I am located in person in London, Ontario, and online throughout Ontario.
  • What approaches do you use?
    I believe in using modalities that align with my client’s unique needs. I offer support through CBT, DBT, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also certified as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist.
  • How long does therapy take to work?
    There is no structured timeline for healing. Some people looking to build strategies to manage stress may notice benefits within eight sessions. For those who have complex trauma, it may take longer. There’s no right or wrong amount of time to spend in therapy. When we begin our journey together, we’ll come up with concrete goals to create a plan that best suits your needs.
  • Are you covered by my insurance?
    If you have extended health benefits, your insurance will likely cover my services. Please get in touch with your insurance provider before booking a consultation to confirm that your insurance covers a Registered Psychotherapist.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    I accept ACH bank transfers, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cash, and Wire transfers.
